Q: What are the commission paid.
A: Our Brokers and agents are considered our partners and are treated as such in the operation of their own business as a TPINRES Broker/Agent under the TPIN family of business. Competitive commissions are negotiated between Managing Broker and Broker/Agent.
Q: Broker’s are assigned an exclusive area. What does this mean?
A: TPIN hires licensed Broker to manage a territory which will usually consist of a 3-4 city radius. The Broker and his/her agents may list, sale and market this exclusive. A Broker and agents who are not a part of the exclusive area may only list and sale property but my not market the area.
Q: Do you have a Transaction Coordinator?
A: Yes, we have an in-house Transaction Coordinator. However, you have the option of managing your own transactions or hiring a Transaction Coordinator to manage your files exclusively.
Q: Are There any required monthly quotas that agents must meet?
A: There are no quotas, However, there are monthly goals set by each Managing Broker.
Q: Does TPINRES offer Training to its Agents?
A: Yes, we offer ongoing training as well as one on one and group coaching which focuses primarily on ways to grow your real estate business.
Q: How soon can I begin doing Transactions under TPINRES
A:Upon completing the onboarding documents, paying the annual fee of $49.99 and initiating the change of employment on BRE’s website (usually in the same day) you can began doing transaction under
Q:Can I use A Local Source for business cards, Business Signs and other materials?
A:Yes, As long as your marketing materials have TPINRES trademark logo and fall within standard BRE marketing guidelines, you are free to buy them wherever you choose.
Q: What about Board of Realtors Memberships and MLS Access?
A: TPINRES is a member of the CAR, NAR. Our partners individually access their own MLS. Please inquire with your local Board of Realtors about MLS access and/or membership costs, dues and requirements.

Q: How Do I Get Broker Support, if needed?
A: Broker assistance is provided by either e-mail, phone or video conferencing. Your Broker’s contact information will be provided to you at the time of your on-boarding.
Q: How Can I join TPINRES?
A: There are 3 main steps that you will need to follow in order to join our team.
1.Complete the Online Application,
2.Complete the change in BRE’s web portal (For Agents ONLY)
3.Complete all other Onboarding documents
Q:Where do I find the onboarding forms to start the on-boarding process?
A:The onboarding documents are password protected. You will be provided access information after you have completed steps 1 and 2 of the process. Be advised that other BRE, Board of Realtors, and/or other CAR forms may be needed and may be found at each of their respective websites.
Q: Does TPINRES offer Loan Origination services?
A: Yes, The Power Is Now has a full service in-house mortgage company which offers loan origination services. Our Agents and Brokers may offer loan origination services to their clients but must have their own NMLS license in order to do so.
Q: Do You Provide Office Space?
A: No, each agent is provided with all that is needed for them to create their own, in-home office. You will of course need a Laptop, PC or Mac with fast speeds to manage your day to day tasks smoothly and efficiently.
